History of LOC Warehouse Equipment

Some LOC Forklift Truck Tech Manuals PDF are above the page.

The French company, called Ateliers LOC, began its activity in 1931 with the production of equipment for lifting railway vehicles during repairs.

In 1945, the company developed the design of the first simplest manual stacker Triloc.

Since there was a high demand for such devices, in 1964 LOC, having acquired the relevant patents, starts the production of self-propelled electric stackers with a driver's seat.

In 1972, the main production was transferred to Saint-Ouen l'Aumone, France.

In 1993, LOC is acquired by the Manitou Group, a recognized world leader in the manufacture of telescopic forklifts and off-road forklifts.

From 2001 to 2004, the company starts producing new models of electric pallet trucks (E series), electric stackers of A and Stacky series, hydraulic hand trucks and scissor trucks.

And in 2003, LOC Manitou changed its name to a shorter MLM and changed its logo.

At the same time, the LOC brand, which became widely known, was preserved; The trademark is owned by MLM.

Currently, the company produces the full range of loading equipment necessary for the operation of any warehouse:

- Manual hydraulic trolleys with a lifting capacity of 2.0 tons.

- Scissor trolleys with a carrying capacity of 1.0 tons.

- Self-propelled electric carts.

- Manual single mast stackers.

- Self-propelled driven electric pilers.

- Order pickers.

- Electric tractors.

- Reach trucks.

- Loaders with front swivel forks.
